MMC question

I am a FTM and i do notice a lot of women on the board speak of having MC and MMC;  I am sorry to those of you who have gone through this.  I know MC is usually easy to detect bc of bleeding and pain... but it seems like many have gone through MMC.... how often do those occur?  Its not something I really heard about before pregnancy (ive always only heard of reg. MC).  I am trying to stay positive but are they very common????

I am a worried FTM and my dr wont see me until my 8th week.
