To doc or not to doc?

June 2012 in 1st Trimester

I've had a pretty bad migraine for over 24 hours. I took what I was given med wise for them, but it has not subsided. In addition, I've started that dry heaving type puking; like getting up out of bed to bolt to the toilet. I feel absolutly horrible & I'm not sure what would help at this point?
