Fenugreek Warning Label???

I ran out of fenugreek and went to get some more.  The type I got last time was out so I picked up a different type.  I was reading the back and the label said not intended for use by nursing and pregnant women.  Is there a type that is unsafe to use?  I compared the ingrediants and they are the same except for the new brand having silica.  They are 610 mg capsuls.  The old bottle was from the pre natal section and this new bottle is where the regular suppliments are.  I'm a little confused and don't want to hurt LO.
