Question about hpt results

I am 11 dpo today, according to FF. I used a FRER yesterday with fmu and it had an extremely faint second line. I used another FRER this morning and it also had a faint line. With both of these tests, I checked the results at 3 minutes like the test said. At first it was very hard to see the second line, but by 5 minutes, it was definetly there. This afternoon, I bought a digital FRER and got a negative result. I guess I had my hopes up because i assumed a "line was a line".  Do you think the extra 2 minutes I let the test sit could have been an evaportion line? Do you think the difference in FMU and afternoon urine could have made a difference with my digital test? I know it's still pretty early. AF is not expected for 3 more days. Pretty bummed. I just assume digital tests trump all other...
