Weaning from EPing at 8 Months - Questions

We are going to try and switch DS to all formula soon, this morning I started with 1/5 formula, 4/5 bm bottles. I am very sad about this transition but it is best for both of us.

My questions are:

1. How do you cut down from 2 pumping sessions? Just keep the 2 and pump less and less each time or go down to 1 pump per day and then lessen the times?

 2. If you take sudafed can you feed LO the milk? And do you have to continue to take it after you stop pumping?

3. Is it realistic to try and wean in about 2-3 weeks? I have a specialist dr appt that I pretty sure they are going to put me on meds he can't have in about 3 weeks and I hate to pump and dump a ton to make me even more emotional about this process.
