Supplementing question

My mom is wanting to keep DS over night for us, as he has been going through a growth spurt and hasn't been sleeping well.  I would like to let her have him but don't know that I want to give up almost my whole freezer stash to let him stay the night.  Would this be an instance where I could supplement one or two night time feeds with formula?  As a FTM I'm not sure when to supplement or if I even should.  I will still be getting up to pump while he is gone, but I just don't want to send too little breast milk and thought some formula would help..  TIA from those with experience!
