repost from April 2012: I think I have mastitis :(

My "girls" have had shooting pains for about a day now, and after sitting in my living room freezing while LO and DH are plenty warm I took my temp...100.7 $hit!! And of course the clinic at the hospital is closed so I'd have to go to the ER.

Grrr, this does not feel good at all...Should I go to the ER or wait until the clinic opens in the morning? Also, do I have to pump and dump?
