FTM with 2 day old - questions

BFing has been going really well so far and not too frustrating. Landon is almost 2 days old, birth weight was 7 lbs 8 oz, and the nurse just said his current weight is 6 lbs 13 oz so I'll be pumping after the next feed to try and supplement. I feel like hes had a crazy number of dirty (melconium) diapers so I wasn't terribly surprised he had lost a lot of weight, but 9.5% of his birth weight is kinda freaking me out, especially because he's been such a good little eater. He feeds at least every 3 hours for at least 15 min, sometimes much longer. 

Questions -- how much did your baby weigh at birth? How much weight did he/she lose?  How often and how long were you feeding? When did your milk come in and how did you know it had? Any tips or advice also appreciated! TIA
