Longer stretches at night and during the day

Should I be pumping if baby is going longer stretches or just let it go, sometimes she can do a 4 hour nap during the day (I won't let her go longer than 4 hours) and a 5 hour stretch at nite. My concern is that I don't feel as full as I used to. Is this normal?
