Consistency of poop for BF'ing babies?

Starting today my LO's poop is yellow but runny and not seedy. Is that okay? Does it always have to be seedy for breastfed babies? Also, how often should he be pooping? He usually poops several times a day but yesterday he had no BM at all. He made up for it today though.
