Too late to get supply up??

DS will be 10m on the 13th. I work ft and pump 3x at work and in the morning before work. On average I would get between 18 & 20oz from all 4 pump sessions. I nurse in the evenings and all weekend. My pumped supply has been basically cut in half lately. AF started last month and thats when most of my supply issue started going downhill. DS gets 3 solids a day but dinner is the only meal that I feed him as dh and thru sitter do breakfast and lunch. Should I face the fact that my supply may be on the way down for good or can I still get it back up a little. I take fenugreek and drown myself in water. I was thinking of nixing dinner solids.
