clogged duct while weaning

Anything I can do? I was an EP'er, but weaned over the last few weeks. I last pumped on Saturday AM. This morning I woke up to a clogged duct - at least I think. It's just one spot, hard, and SUPER sore. Anything I can do besides hot water & expressing milk (trying to avoid that)?
