We are going on vacation the end of the month, and I'm worried about what to eat. I'm told to avoid dairy and soy, so what should I do when I have to go out and eat?
I havent' have dairy in a month, and soy in 10 days. My daughter has been much less gassy since I stopped eating dairy, but nothing else has changed. Some days her skin looks better or her stool looks better, but other days, like today, her stool was very mucousy, and she cried and cried for 45 minutes before pushing it out...
