Pumping Question

How do you pump after every feeding to increase supply?  Sometimes I can't put DD down without her screaming.  Then,an hour later it's time for her to eat again.  DD only gained right around a lb. since our last appt. 2 1/2 weeks ago.  I am only able to pump 1-3 oz. per session. The Pedi said that she wants me to pump after each feeding for 15 minutes.  I feel like this is impossible since she normally wants to be held for a bit after eating.  I also have a 2 1/2 year old who needs a lot of my attention as well.

Any advice?  I'm worried because the pedi thinks i have a low supply and will want me to supplement if she hasn't increased her weight in 2 weeks when we go back for a follow up.
