XP: pimple or clogged duct?

I posted this on my bmb but I figured I would see what you ladies thought. I have a bright red bump on my nipple with a white spot on the tip if the red bump. I don't know if it is a pimple or a clogged duct. Im not really sure what to do to make it go away. Any tips on telling the difference or how to make it go away? There is no pain with it at all. I don't know if that makes a difference.
