Baby won't latch after EBF x 1 week

My lo is almost 2 weeks old. After a week of breastfeeding pretty easily he woke up one morning and wouldn't latch. He just screamed his head off at my breast. Lc thinks it's a mystery. She thinks it may be related to me developing mastitis, and hopes he'll latch after the infection had cleared. I have been pumping to keep up my supply and continue to try to bf him but I'm so stressed and frustrated, I feel like it's my fault.  He'll latch for a second, then make a "yuck face" and start screaming again. Has this happened to anyone else?
