Ways to increase supply?

Hello

I am a FTM and i am pumping and using formula. Is there anyway to increase supply so that I can pump more. Ive read a few people say to eat oatmeal, so I was wandering if there were any more suggestions.

I would like to have it so I can give him my milk during the day and formula only at night.
