Help painful boobs!

I didn't realize wearing tight bras was a no no. I wore a pp sports bra yesterday, all day was fine, no problems but over night it made the underside of both boobs, especially my right hurt really bad. During the night I thought I was just slightly engorged so I had lo dreamfeed. This morning I realized it was the bra! I already took a hot shower, and lo has eaten a few times, what else should I do? I hope it isn't something major!
