CP- Advice on buying used pump- is this a good deal?

Hello ladies! I am looking to buy an electric pump for returning to work. I found a used Medela Pump in Style Advanced for $100 for the pump, tote, power cord and battery pack. No extras. I already have brand new tubing, cones, etc. The lady bought it in 2010 and used it for 6 months. She says it still works great. I will be using it 3-4 days a week while I am at work. Do you think this is a good deal? (I know they retail for closer to $300) but since it's almost two years old, I'm not sure if that matters. What do you think? Would you buy this pump? Thanks!
