I don't know when to pump

I can't seem to find a good time to pump. LO is 2 weeks old. He eats every 1.5-3 hours.  If I pump right after I am done feeding him I don't get anything.  I was trying to pump about an hour after he was done. But then he wants to eat again and I feel like I have nothing to offer.  I'm not sure how to build up a supply for when I go back to work when I can't find time to pump.  Not to mention my husband goes back to work monday and I'm not sure how I will pump when he isn't here to watch him.  Help!
