Hi Everyone,

I will be leaving my LO with a sitter for the first time on Friday. I haven't left her for more than an hour since she was born, so I will need to pump. How do I know how much to give the sitter in each bottle? I exclusively breastfeed so am not sure how much she eats... suggestions? Thanks!
