Tylenol extra strength?

May 2012 in 1st Trimester

I'm 11 weeks pregnant, and today i woke up with a really sore throat, I only have Tylenol extra strength 500 mg, but i can go get regular Tylenol i just wanna know is the extra strength okay to take that way i don't have to get out? I would call my Doctor but their office is closed.
