11 wks and feeling diff. cramping.

My uterus just feels heavier today and I just feel like my cramping is more sporadic and sharp pains today than the usual slow cramping, I thought I may have seen faint brown light spots on my undies. But even if that's what it was they were hard to see so probably not too worrisome. I can't help but be worried!!
