Shortness of breath?

May 2012 in 1st Trimester

Anyone having shortness of breath in the first tri? Mine just started last night and it freaked me out. I knew it was a possibility once you get really big but I had never heard of it in early pregnancy until I googled it. It just feels like my breaths aren't as effective. Anyone else? What do you do to make it better?
