Anyone with allergies?

I never had allergies.  It wasn't until I was weaning my son from breastfeeding at 15 months old that I developed them. 

What are you taking for relief if you have allergies?  I'm stuffy at night and waking up very congested with lots going on.  Tickle cough too - that's the worst.
