Medela PISA: Milk in Tubes

Has anyone else had problems getting milk in the tubes of their PISA? It seems like every day or so I'm getting milk in the darn tubes! I've heard that you should lean back while pumping so I've been doing that, but I'm still having the same problem.

I have used Medela's cleanings/sanitizing recommendations, but I'm getting sick of doing this several times a week.  Any suggestions?
