If you bf and pump...
I'm trying to transition from EPing to getting DD back on the boob (except 1bottle/day, eventually). She has had a few good nursing sessions and other times we give up and use the bottle. I'm fine with that for now- we're still focused on weight gain. But I'm having trouble figuring out when/how to pump. I was doing every 2 hrs during the day and every 3 at night (sometimes a bit longer during the day). If she feeds say 1-2 hrs after I pump, what should u do for the next pump? Wait longer? Only pump the other side? Pump both sides anyway?
Supply is still being built but way outweighs her demand as of yesterday. (im cool w a geezer stash).
