How do you get domperidone?

My twins came @ 36 weeks, so latching and BF is not going well. I am pumping 8x/day and trying to give them what I can. It used to be 50% BM for each baby, but as they increase their volumes, I am not pumping more.

I've been to a BF clinic 3x and asked the doc about domperidone. She said it is illegal in the U.S. due to cardiac side effects from the IV form of the medication. She said the cardiac issues have not been seen in the PO (by mouth) version. She acted like she wished she could prescribe it, but can't and did say that unlike Reglan, that it may keep your supply up after stopping the med. I also had a LC recommend domperidone.
I don't know how long I can keep this exhausting routine up and I'm starting to lose hope that my babies will ever catch on to BF. I'd like for them to get as much BM as possible though...so taking this medicine sounds like a good option for me.
