How much should i be pumping at 10 days old?

My son is 10 days old and I BF and pump (sometimes).  The most I ever got when I pumped (not after BF) was 3 oz total. That was about 2 days ago. Am I not eating enough? Should I try Mothers Milk Tea? Fenugreek? I want to build my supply so I can freeze. Any tips/pointers are appreciated. This is the first time I BF, my DD was formula fed due to no supply.
