New to the bump and need a little help

I am 10 weeks pregnant today... 

I am new to the bump and I love it already

The only thing that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do, is the tracker at the bottom of what I post on these message boards. I love the look of it and I made a tracker.....but, maybe not correctly? This is my first child and I just want that tracker as my signature!!!!!

Someone help me, and thank you... I hope everyone's pregnancy is treating them as well as it can!
