So excited! / Possible dumb Q!

12 weeks tomorrow Plus a doctors appointment to see this little one! So excited! Each and every day is a blessing for me! So glad that i've had a sticky baby this time around  

So here for the stupid question:

I started thinking, at 12 weeks i have COMPLETED my 3rd month correct? So technically i'll be going on to my fourth? Someone told me otherwise, but that doesn't make much sense to me.......
