Maybe paranoia, but...

I was looking at our first, and so far only, ultrasound picture from our first doctor appointment the other day and it may be just me being paranoid but it seems as though the baby is really close to my cervix...?  I know this can be problematic later in the pregnancy and I may have to have a c-section so I'm paranoid.  I am going to ask the doc about it at our next appointment (5/30) hopefully it's just me and my untrained-new-mom, ya know first-time being pregnant eyes, and everything will be fine.

Did any of you have a pregnancy that WAS a little too close to your cervix?  What happened during your pregnancy, was everything okay or not? Did you need a c-section?
