So much pain

I have been just putting up with the horrible pain on my left nipple for the past three weeks and I can't take it anymore. I have a large crack/gauge one my nipple it looks like my nipple is going to detach! I've tried the creams and smoothies and it helps until I have to feed again which I dread. Can I feed only on the right side and pump the left? Will that help it heal? Will there be enough milk for lo if I only give him the right side? Please HELP!
