It's been almost 4 years so bear with me bc this is a dumb question... I'm starting to build a supply for when I go back to work in 2.5 months but I'm reading so many conflicting views on how to do this.

How are you doing this? I know it's best to pump in the AM but do you pump the breast you just fed from or the other one?
