Shoe Recommendations? (for work)

I work in a business-casual office, and I'm looking for shoe recommendations for the summer. My feet/ankles are definitely swelling, and my usual shoes look ridiculous and feel uncomfortable by the end of the day. I have wide feet to begin with, so I have trouble finding flats because so many of them are narrow. Any recommendations for styles or even specific stores/shoes I should check out?
