heard a HB and now spotting?!

Hi all! This is my first post and I am a young single first time mom. I went in on Tuesday and saw my baby and heard its little heart beat. I am about 6.5 weeks along. The heart beat was strong at 109 bpm. Today, 2 days later, I started having some light brownish pink spotting which has increased to a more reddish pink, My dr has me on bedrest for a week, I just wanted to know if it was normal to spot like this after hearing the heartbeat?

 

sorry I am just so worried!
