Blood clots anyone?

Hi. This is my 2nd child but a few months ago my sister had a blood clot I. Her legs. After testing we found out its a genetic disorder. Her doctor said that it's most harmful to pregnant women. I believe it's called like factor 5. 

Anyway I don't have a doctors appt till June 7th.has any one had this or something similar? Should I call the doctor or wait till my appt.

 

I had no problems with my dd.
