still producing milk? or is it something more?

Hi, I quit Bfing a month 1/2 ago.... my breast was feeling a little sore last night after I showered I noticed I was able to manually express milk still.  Is that normal?

I'm not really sure what to do...should I let my milk continue drying up or do you think I have a clogged duct...because my breast is a little sore when I rub it (certain areas)....so now I'm wondering if I should try massaging and expressing...my only problem is that I DO want my milk to dry up so will expressing prevent this from happening?

So confused...anyone have any input?
