Can I just bf am and pm?

Lo is 10 months old. 3 days a week I'm with him all day and I bf him 3 to 4 times. 4 days a week he goes to DC me gets 3 4 oz bottles of bm, I bf him 2 times these days and have been pumping onne at work.
I have at least 2 or 3 months worth of bm in the deep freeze from the past 8 months. I don't think I'm ready to give it up emotionally, however if I did there is plenty of bm to make it to a year.
Can I stop pumping during work and bf the rest of the time and send frozen bm to DC? Or will I dry up?
I didn't pump at work today so my left side will go 20 hours between feedings today!!! And I'm not engorged?
