Another mastitis question

I am feeling better so that is good but my breast still has a hard spot like its not completly draining.I have been nursing DD a ton. I am just concerned. 

Also does mastitis affect your supply? I pumped last night before bed and got less than an oz but still had the hard spot. I had been nursing throughout the evening so that could be why but i tend to have an over supply and pump at least 2oz.

Thanks for advise. This has been a little stressful.
