May 2012 in 3rd Trimester

I know this is probably TMI but i am desparate. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and have a severe case of hemorroids going on. I have tried everything, Preparation H, ice packs, and warm bath and nothing seems to be bringing any relief.. I read on-line about using VICKS but before I run to the pharmacy to pick some, up I wanted to know if anyone else has used it or if there other things I could try....
