Doctor making me leave work duty way early:-(

Hi Ladies,

I went for my regular bi-weekly appointment yesterday and the doctor said he was going to take me off work duty as of 34 weeks (I will be 31 weeks tomorrow).

I live in NYC and I travel about 1 1/2 hours each way via bus/subway to work daily and he said it was just way too much!

I have to say the trip is dreadful already, but I didn't expect to take leave so early.  I can't imagine just sitting around and waiting on baby to arrive for what could be 6 weeks :-(  I'm a little anxious and frustrated.  Obviously, financially it will have an impact as well.

*Sigh*
