Fenugreek question.

Im an exclusive pumper and have recently noticed a drop in my supply. I used to be able to satisfy LOs appetite but my milk is decreasing and his appetite is increasing --- not a good combination. I bought some fenugreek but haven't started it yet. My pills are 610 mg. how much should I take?  Are there any side effects that you ladies have noticed for either you or LO?
