Because of DS's thrush?

I'm curious. I've had thrush awhile, but DS just got it on his tongue a week ago. The same day it showed up and I started giving him Nystatin, DS started waking up every hour-1.5 hours at night. He's not hungry or gassy, just agitated. During the day he isn't acting any different. Is there any chance this is because of the thrush, and he'll sleep better once we get it under control?

Need more sleep. Please DS, I need more sleep.
