Suddenly not latching well.

LO and I have been doing great bf so far, in fact, his weight gain is amazing and was over birthweight at one week.  However, I have noticed in the last two days, it has been extremely difficult getting him to latch.  It takes three or four or five tries.  This morning, he would latch, but as soon as I put him in the cradle hold he would unlatch.  (I've been doing this hold for a week with no problems.) The only way he would stay latched on the left side is on the boppy and me holding his head with my right hand.  The right side was a little better, but not much.  I introduced a paci right before he turned two weeks (so like 7 days ago,) and he is just now having boobie issues.  Should I try to pull back on the paci?  Any other suggestions?  I am going to call my LC but she isn't available until Monday.  He is eating, it just takes waaayyyy longer to get latched and going.
