Can this even be possible?

Recently, DD has had a cold which lead to a nursing strike. I got mastitis from it. The dr put me on dioxicillian which gave me a vaginal yeast infection. Now I'm on diflucan for it and the fact that my boobs are itchy. Can it be possible that the antibiotic went through the breastmilk and she now has a yeast infection/thrush? She is a bit on the red/tender side down below with crying during diaper changes, yet her mouth doesn't look like the typical thrush mouth. I am going to take her to the pedi in the morning for a look. In the meantime, I thought I'd ask for peace of mind.
