what can I do to get baby to turn?

May 2012 in 3rd Trimester

Just two weeks ago baby was head down and in position and now I went to get a bpp scan because of lack of movement and the baby was BREECH! Im freaking out because a c section is not an option for me. I have a little one at home that I need to be able to care for. Please tell me there are other options to get baby to turn so I wont have a c section.
