FF question

Hi ladies!

I'm trying to setup a FF account. I use an app on my phone that I really like, but want to use FF for the ticker. Do you have to input your temps to use FF? I have entered the day of my D&C as CD1, and the CDs populate, but then when I try to create a ticker it says that the chart is not updated. Sorry if this question has already been asked.
