? For moms of 2 (on 3rd pregnancy)

If you had stitches with your first delivery, episiotomy or natural tear, was that area more painful the second delivery? Did it retear? I'm just curious because I had 3 tiny cosmetic (word for word what my dr called them, I remember thinking-who cares?!) stitches and can still feel where they were. Just wondering how it will effect 2nd delivery.
