Sun and Bugs

Ok, so I know you are not supposed to put sunscreen on a baby under 6 months, but other than keeping him completely covered or in the shade, is there anything i can use when we are outside this summer?

And bugs, what do i do about these. I am hoping DS is like DH and bugs leave him alone, but if he is like me bugs jsut love me and I end up covered from head to toe if I don't use a bug spray. I assume I cannot use OFF on him/his clothes (what about one of the OFF clip on repelant things.

Any summer momma's have any good suggestions for these two issues?
